We are very pleased to announce that due to many COVID restrictions being lifted we are now able to bring our specialist support back together with our social group to run as one group.

More about our group support format
These changes will come into effect from Monday 1st August 2022, with each location running as one main support group. The group will run from 9.30 to 12 noon and when you book you’ll need to select whether you’re coming for a social visit or if you need specialist support.
In order to manage waiting times and predictability, we are splitting bookings for specialist support into either the first half of the session at 9.30am, or the later half at 10.45am and capacity will remain limited. Whatever you have booked for, you are welcome to stay for the whole session between 9.30am and 12 noon where you can expect our usual warm welcome, hot drink and cake, and to meet other families. Partners, children and supporters are also welcome.
