We offer free, compassionate and evidence-based support for breastfeeding and early parenting in West Kent. This includes help with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, expressing, adjusting to parenthood, infant sleep and introducing solids.

Can I get help if breastfeeding is feeling overwhelming?

Yes. If you’re finding the first days difficult, we’re here to help and can offer compassionate, non-judgemental support via Zoom or Face to Face. You can book online, and please book onto our waiting list if you need support sooner than is available.

Yes. We can help people looking for support with postnatal depression, anxiety or other emotional difficulties in pregnancy and early parenthood, and have a detailed understanding of the various services available to help across West Kent.
